Adelphi is looking for a mental health clinician to join our team providing structured mental health care at correctional facilities in Eastern Colorado. What we’re looking for
You should hold an active Colorado license or an active candidate registration and have a master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or a related field. Experience working with forensic or correctional populations is a plus.

What you’ll do

• Perform formal and informal mental health evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and routine risk assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual and group therapy focused on presenting issues, family/relationship dynamics, parenting, and family reunification
• Coordinate care and collaborate closely with psychology, psychiatry, and medical teams
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and provide relevant clinical updates and case information
• Ensure continuity of care during inmate transitions and transfers
• Carry out other duties as assigned to support patient care and facility operations
