Setting: Inpatient and outpatient (17 inpatient beds)
Coverage: Clinical only — ASAP start, ongoing
Patient volume: 16–18 per day

Role summary:
Provide expert hematology and oncology care across inpatient and outpatient settings, coordinating modern treatment delivery through an on-site Infusion Center. Participate in daily multidisciplinary rounds, weekly tumor boards, a rapid diagnosis clinic, and collaborate with two affiliated radiation centers to optimize patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive assessment, treatment, and follow-up care for oncology and hematology patients.
- Administer and oversee therapies in the Infusion Center when indicated.
- Work closely with nurse navigators, social workers, pharmacy, research coordinators, genetic counselors, and dedicated RN staff to ensure a streamlined patient experience from diagnosis through survivorship.
- Serve as a clinical resource for oral medication management and participate in tumor boards and care-planning meetings.
Support and resources:
- Multidisciplinary team including nurse navigators, social workers, pharmacy, research coordinators, and genetic counselors.
- Daily rounds, weekly tumor boards, rapid diagnosis clinic, and two radiation centers.
- Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance provided.
Required qualifications:
- Active California NP license
- Board certified or board eligible in relevant specialty
- DEA registration
- BLS certification
- Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
- Clean professional record
