• Monday through Thursday 8am to 4:30pm with Fridays off
• 15 to 18 patients per day
• Outpatient clinic setting
• Hospital privileges required
• 4+ years experience required for independent practice
• Remote documentation work available on Fridays
• Occasional home visits within 30 miles
• Complex patients and chronic health issues management
