We are seeking a Medical Director to join our post-acute care team in Hilton Head, South Carolina. Full-time (5 days/week) rounding and providing medical directorship in skilled nursing facilities, with excellent support and training, autonomy, and earning potential.

- 5 days a week, Monday-Friday
- Medical directorship roles also include monthly stipends.
- Dedicated night call coverage for work-life balance
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needs
- Monitor progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals in a team approach
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies
- Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with regulations

**Highlights**
- Compensation is fee for service with an estimated compensation range of $221,654 to $256,801 annually and no cap on productivity income potential.

**Qualifications**
- Current physician license South Carolina and DEA
- Experience in post-acute, acute, ED, or clinic settings
- Strong clinical foundation and knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards
