**Board Certified/Board Eligible Pulmonary & Critical Care**

• Opportunity with a privately owned outpatient Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine practice serving the Southern Tier region since 2006.
• Collaborative working relationship with a large not-for-profit healthcare system and teaching hospitals in Upstate New York.
• Affiliated with major academic institutions and residency/fellowship training programs, providing opportunities for teaching and faculty involvement.
• Mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.
• Monday through Friday pulmonary clinic schedule with rotating ICU coverage approximately one week per month.
• Opportunity to work closely with Internal Medicine residents with resident support available during both day and night shifts.
• Established patient base with a draw area exceeding 100,000 patients.

Advanced pulmonary program featuring:

• Short partnership track of one year with no buy-in required.
• Guaranteed first-year salary followed by a collections-based compensation model.

Requirements include:
o Board Certified/Eligible in Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine
o Completion of an ACGME-accredited fellowship program
o Completion of Internal Medicine residency training
