Permanent Interventional Pain Management Opportunity in Kentucky with private practice

Outpatient | M–F | No Call | $600K+ Earnings

Position Overview

• Clinic Volume: ~20 patients per day
• Procedures: 2 dedicated procedure days/week – all interventional pain cases
• Support: CRNA on all procedure days
• Team Structure: Incoming physician will be 1 of 2.5 physicians
• Setting: Outpatient only, Monday–Friday, no nights/no weekends

Compensation

• Year 1: $375,000 base
• Year 2+: Transition to zero-cap productivity model
• Earnings Potential: $600K+
• Current physician earning: ~$800K
• Bonuses: Additional performance-based bonus
• Signing Bonus: Negotiable
• Relocation: Up to $15K

Preferred Skills

• Primary interventional pain procedures
• Spinal cord stimulator trials & implants (preferred)
• Kyphoplasty (preferred)

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pain Management
• MD Credential Required
