Outpatient | M–F | No Call | $600K+ Earnings

Position Overview
- Clinic Volume: ~20 patients per day
- Procedures: 2 dedicated procedure days/week – all interventional pain cases
- Support: CRNA on all procedure days
- Team Structure: Incoming physician will be 1 of 2.5 physicians
- Setting: Outpatient only, Monday–Friday, no nights/no weekends
Compensation
- Year 1: $375,000 base
- Year 2+: Transition to zero-cap productivity model
- Earnings Potential: $600K+
- Current physician earning: ~$800K
- Bonuses: Additional performance-based bonus
- Signing Bonus: Negotiable
- Relocation: Up to $15K
- Benefits: Full benefits, retirement, PTO
Preferred Skills
- Primary interventional pain procedures
- Spinal cord stimulator trials & implants (preferred)
- Kyphoplasty (preferred)

A collaborative, adaptable, patient-focused physician with strong office-based interventional pain proficiency. Fellowship-trained candidates in training welcome. (No J1/H1 visas.)
Qualifications and Skills
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pain Management
- MD Credential Required
