OB/GYN Physician Opportunity in Arkansas - $400k+ Robotics

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

• $400k Base Salary + Production 
• $75k signing bonus
• Current OB/GYN earning $1 mil, realistically $500-600k earnings potential depending on desired workload

FACILITY DETAILS

• Level 2 nursery with 3 pediatricians
• 24/7 Anesthesia coverage (2 CRNAs cover OB)
• Da Vinci XI and 5 (2 robots in main OR)
• 700 babies delivered last year

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Call rotation requirement
• Perform both OR procedures and deliveries
• Clinic volume 20-40 ppd, flexible
• 2 call nights per week, 3-4 weekends per year

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
