Job Description
- BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Preferred start date of August 2026
- See patients in the SNF setting
- Full-time permanent - Monday thru Friday 40-hour schedule.
- No weekends
- No nights
- No phone call - NP will take call
- To see 25 patients per day
- RVU bonus above 25 patients - each additional patient is paid based on the RVU-based payment model. The amount per patient increases with the level of care patient needs.
- Sign on bonus
- Malpractice, Health Insurance (medical, dental and vision), 401k with a 3 percent match (candidate will qualify to participate starting 2nd month of their employment), long term disability insurance, Term life insurance, relo assistance, PTO, CME.
