We are seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join our post-acute care team in Middletown, Delaware.
- Full-time (5 days per week)
- Round in an inpatient rehab facility, with excellent support and training, autonomy, and earning potential.
- Dedicated night call coverage for work-life balance
- Conduct comprehensive inpatient medical assessments, including history, physical exams, and review of rehabilitation goals
- Manage acute and chronic medical conditions in coordination with the rehabilitation plan
- Monitor functional progress and adjust treatment plans to support recovery goals
- Collaborate with rehabilitation physicians, nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members
- Provide medical education to patients and families related to recovery, comorbidities, and prevention
- Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with regulations
**Highlights**
- Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated range of $272,000 - $322,400 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.

**Qualifications:**
- Current physician license (State of Delaware) and DEA
- Experience in post-acute or acute clinic settings preferred
