• Full-time 8-hour shifts with option for 4/9-hour shifts
• One evening shift per week 11pm-9am
• One weekend day per month
• Average 20-24 patients per 8-hour shift
• Primary care including pediatric, adult, and women's health
• Office-based procedures required
• Primarily Spanish-speaking farm-working families
