Job Description
Join a supportive pediatric therapy team in Grand Junction, Colorado. This full-time SLP opportunity includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus, on-site supervision for Clinical Fellows, and potential additional compensation such as relocation assistance, discretionary bonuses, merit increases, market adjustments, and recognition awards.

Compensation: $5,000 sign-on bonus; additional compensation opportunities
Key responsibilities
- Assess speech, language, and communication skills for patients from birth to 21 years
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapy in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress records
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Colorado SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply; on-site supervision and mentoring provided
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and patient-centered skills
