**Full-time Ophthalmology – Vitreoretinal Surgeon**
**Location: Baltimore, Maryland**
• Join a collaborative team of experienced ophthalmologists and resident physicians in an ACGME-accredited ophthalmology residency program
• Academic affiliation with a major medical school, including opportunities for faculty appointments and teaching involvement
• Opportunity includes approximately 90% clinical work and 10% teaching, lectures, research mentorship, and administrative responsibilities
• Outpatient-focused practice with outpatient surgery and dedicated surgical block time
• Manage a diverse patient population with a manageable daily patient volume and strong physician autonomy
• Strong clinical support from certified ophthalmic technicians and experienced administrative staff
• State-of-the-art onsite diagnostic and imaging technology, including OCT, Optos, visual field testing, angiograms, and other advanced ophthalmic testing equipment
• Excellent opportunity for professional growth and potential future leadership responsibilities
• Collaborative, patient-centered environment designed to minimize unnecessary patient visits through coordinated subspecialty care
• Regular weekday schedule with infrequent call responsibilities; residents take primary call support

Requirements:
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
• Fellowship training in Vitreoretinal Surgery
• Eligible for unrestricted Maryland medical license
• Current DEA certificate, CDS license, BLS, and ACLS certifications
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base salary ranging from $425,000–$500,000 plus RVU bonus potential
• Sign-on bonus
