**Full-time Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Hip & Knee Joint Replacement**
**Location: Baltimore, Maryland**
**BC/BE Orthopedic Surgery & Completion of Hip & Knee Joint Replacement Fellowship**
• Opportunity to join a high-volume and expanding orthopedic practice driven by strong patient demand
• Focus on total joint replacement procedures and complex revision surgeries
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary orthopedic team including specialists in sports medicine, trauma, spine, pediatrics, and joint reconstruction
• Join a world-class orthopedic institute known for innovative joint preservation and replacement techniques
• Academic involvement with direct teaching and mentorship of orthopedic surgery residents
• Participate in weekly didactics, journal clubs, case conferences, and intraoperative teaching
• Access to dedicated research support and infrastructure with opportunities for publications, clinical studies, and grant writing
• Practice supported by onsite radiology services and conveniently located physical therapy facilities
• Opportunity to contribute to program development, education, and clinical innovation
• Four days of required call per month with additional call opportunities available
• Join a large orthopedic program performing approximately 5,000 orthopedic procedures annually and managing more than 50,000 office visits each year
• Collaborative, patient-centered environment with a strong focus on clinical excellence and education
Qualifications:
• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Completion of Hip & Knee Joint Replacement Fellowship
• Eligible for unrestricted Maryland medical license
• Current DEA license
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong interest in education, program building, and high-quality patient care
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive guaranteed base salary ranging from $450,000–$500,000 based on specialty, board certification, and experience
