The AdventHealth system delivers emergency medical care to more than 600,000 patients a year in the Greater Orlando area. Our EM residency trains 18 emergency medicine residents, we also offer a one-year Ultrasound Fellowship program and a one-year APC Training program. The majority of EM Resident training takes place at the AdventHealth East Orlando campus, a 265 inpatient bed hospital, providing emergency services for over 110,000 patients annually, with 78 hours of physician and 55 hours of APC coverage daily. This fast-paced ED with 28% admissions and moderate-high acuity is composed of the fastest-growing suburban communities in the area, within close proximity to the Orlando International Airport.

Job Description

Expand your clinical career with TeamHealth in Orlando, Florida! Our team is growing and we want you to join us as an emergency medicine nurse practitioner or physician assistant at Advent Health South Campus. Due to volume and acuity, candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of EM experience as a PA/NP prior to applying. A current Florida license is preferred but not required.
