Setting: Outpatient
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Coverage Period: ASAP – Dec 31, 2026
Coverage Type: Clinical only
Reason for Coverage: Vacancy – medical leave
Travel/Lodging/Malpractice: Covered by agency
Patient & Clinical Volume
- Average: ~16 patients/day
Facility & Support
- EMR: Epic
- Support staff: RNs (10), MAs (5), office staff (TBD)
- Hospital privileges required
Qualifications
- Board-certified (BC) required
- WA license or Universal License (IMLC)
- DEA registration required
- BLS certification required
- Hematology/Oncology experience required; cellular therapy experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient hematology/oncology clinical care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on treatment plans
- Document and manage care using Epic
- Maintain patient care and safety standards
- Assist with inpatient heme/onc services as needed
