Adelphi is hiring a licensed School Psychologist to deliver in-person, school-based psychological services for districts serving Hillsboro and the North Coast/Northwest Oregon region. You will support student success through evaluations, behavioral assessment and intervention planning, crisis and manifestation determination activities, and multidisciplinary collaboration, all in alignment with district policies and state/federal regulations. Hybrid candidates may be considered if able to perform required in-person testing and observations.

Required qualifications
- Active Oregon TSPC School Psychologist license/certification
- Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and behavioral assessments in schools
- Working knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, manifestation determinations, and special education eligibility procedures
- Experience with the PSW model for SLD identification preferred
- Strong collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills; ability to participate effectively on multidisciplinary teams
Core responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and prepare compliant written reports
- Perform Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention recommendations
- Participate in IEP meetings, manifestation determinations, crisis planning, and multidisciplinary ASD evaluations
- Consult with teachers, families, and staff on academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and mental health concerns
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure compliance with FERPA, IDEA, and Oregon regulations
- Travel between assigned school sites as required; other duties as assigned
