- 4-day work week schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
- 15-20 patients per day
- Administrative time built into schedule as needed
- Call 1-2 nights per month on rotating basis with 16 providers
- 30-minute new patient visits with flexibility
- Many senior adults with complex medical conditions
- Mixed schedule between two facility locations
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
