Rate: Travel $1,568/40 hrs; Local $1,572/40 hrs

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse state license
• BLS certification

Core Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care; perform ongoing patient assessments and document interventions and outcomes.
• Administer medications and obtain specimens for testing per protocol.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and assist with procedures as required.
• Prepare, maintain, and accurately document patient records, assessments, education, and nursing activities.
• Maintain a safe therapeutic environment, enforce unit safety/order, and supervise patient conduct.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
