Join our team in Parkersburg, WV as a Registered Nurse for a 10-week contract (non-travel). Position begins ASAP. Schedule: 07:00 AM–07:30 PM. Local rate: $1,231/36 hours.
Requirements:
- Active, valid Registered Nurse state license
- BLS certification
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care
- Administer medications and collect specimens for diagnostic testing
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and assist with clinical procedures
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, interventions, patient education, and progress in the medical record
- Promote a safe, therapeutic environment by monitoring patient behavior and maintaining order
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
