Schedule: Mon–Fri, 08:00 AM–04:30 PM (36 hours/week)

Requirements:

• Valid, active Physical Therapy Assistant state license

Compensation:

• Travel rate: $1,548 / 36 hours
• Local rate: $1,526 / 36 hours

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist the Physical Therapist with patient evaluations, medical history collection, and goal setting
• Implement prescribed interventions and exercise programs to improve mobility, strength, and flexibility
• Administer modalities and operate therapeutic equipment per treatment plan
• Instruct and educate patients and families on exercise techniques and home programs
• Document treatments, progress, and changes in patient records accurately and promptly
• Coordinate care and communicate treatment plans with the Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team
• Follow safety and infection-control protocols to maintain a safe therapy environment
• Provide encouragement and basic emotional support to patients during rehabilitation
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
