Contract (non-travel) opportunity in Philadelphia, PA — start ASAP for a 13-week assignment. Day shift: 07:00 AM–03:30 PM. Local rate: $1,888/40 hours.

Required credentials:

• Active, valid Registered Nurse license for the state of Pennsylvania
• BLS certification

Core responsibilities:

• Assess patients, develop and implement individualized nursing care plans, and document assessments, interventions, and patient education in the medical record
• Administer medications and collect specimens for laboratory testing according to policy
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and assist with procedures as needed
• Monitor patient status continuously, record progress, and adjust care accordingly
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment; enforce facility standards and supervise patient conduct
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
