Rate: Travel $2,648/40 hrs; Local $2,608/40 hrs

Requirements:

• Valid, active Speech-Language Pathologist state license

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders using clinical evaluation and diagnostic testing
• Diagnose type and severity of communication and swallowing impairments
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
• Provide direct therapy to address articulation, fluency, voice, receptive/expressive language, and swallowing function
• Evaluate for and provide guidance on augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) options when appropriate
• Instruct patients and families/caregivers on strategies, exercises, and safety for communication and swallowing
• Monitor and document patient progress; modify treatment plans based on outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation (assessments, plans, progress notes)
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, educators, and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care
• Facilitate carryover of communication skills into daily, school, or work settings
• Participate in professional development to remain current in SLP practice
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
