Requirements:

• Active, valid Registered Nurse state license
• BLS certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care; perform ongoing patient assessments and document interventions and progress.
• Administer medications and obtain specimens for testing per protocol.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and assist with procedures as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments, treatments, education, and other nursing activities in the medical record.
• Maintain a safe therapeutic environment, enforce unit policies, and supervise patient conduct.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
