Occupational Therapist (Contract/Travel) — Williamstown, MA (13-week)

We’re seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a facility in Williamstown, MA, on a 13-week contract starting ASAP. You’ll work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Compensation is $1,876/35 hours for travel candidates and $1,848/35 hours for local candidates.

What you’ll bring

• Active, valid Occupational Therapy state license
• Current CPR and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross (AED included)

What you’ll do

• Assess patients’ physical and cognitive abilities and their environments to pinpoint limitations and set realistic goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the interdisciplinary team.
• Use a variety of therapeutic approaches to improve daily living skills, independence, and functional outcomes.
• Recommend and train patients on adaptive equipment and assistive devices.
• Teach and practice activities of daily living (ADLs) with patients to build skills and confidence.
• Educate patients and families on condition management and strategies to promote independence.
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to meet goals.
• Work closely with nurses, physicians, therapists, and other care team members to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate, timely records, including evaluations and progress notes.
• Support patients’ safe transitions back to their homes and workplaces.
• Stay current with best practices in occupational therapy and participate in professional development.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
