Qualifications

• Active RN license in the practicing state required.
• ICU or critical care experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS required; specialty ICU certifications (e.g., CCRN) preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, clinical assessment, and communication skills.

Core Responsibilities

• Continuously assess and monitor critically ill patients, recognizing and responding to changes in condition.
• Safely administer medications, blood products, and life-support interventions.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and participate in resuscitation as needed.
• Provide patient- and family-centered education about care plans and critical care processes.
• Accurately document patient care and collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and the ICU team to optimize outcomes.
