Travel RN Medical-Surgical / Skilled Nursing (Night Shift) King City, CA

We’re looking for a compassionate, skilled RN to join a team in King City, CA on a contract/travel basis. This is a night shift opportunity (7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.) starting ASAP, with a pay rate of $2,182 per 36-hour period.

What you’ll be doing:

• Perform focused assessments, monitor patient status, and document responses to treatments.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and ordered treatments safely and accurately.
• Provide wound and post-operative care and assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to create and revise individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, medications, care plans, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols, infection control practices, and regulatory standards.

What we need from you:

• Active RN license in the state as required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Experience in Medical-Surgical and/or Skilled Nursing is preferred.
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred where applicable.
• Strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and thorough documentation skills.
