Travel RN Med-Surg/Telemetry Nights (Corvallis, OR)

Unit: Medical-Surgical / Telemetry
Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Hours/Pay: $2,052 per 36 hours

Requirements

• Active RN license for practice in the state of Oregon.
• Med-surg or telemetry nursing experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred for telemetry/cardiac assignments.
• Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills.

Core Responsibilities

• Assess and continuously monitor patient condition, including cardiac telemetry.
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions.
• Accurately document care, clinical changes, and interventions in the medical record.
• Communicate patient status and changes to the interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide patient and family education on care plans and health management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to coordinate and optimize patient care.
