Travel RN Inpatient Acute Dialysis (Days) — Janesville, WI

Join a dynamic inpatient dialysis team in Janesville, WI — contract/travel opportunity starting ASAP. This day-shift role offers $2,280 per 40-hour week and focuses on providing bedside hemodialysis and renal replacement therapies in an acute care setting.

What you’ll be doing:

• Deliver safe, patient-centered hemodialysis and renal replacement treatments for hospitalized patients.
• Perform focused assessments before, during, and after dialysis sessions, monitoring vitals, fluid status, and treatment response.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot dialysis equipment and machines.
• Administer medications and blood products per provider orders and institutional policies.
• Communicate and collaborate closely with nephrologists and the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate care plans.
• Teach patients and families about renal disease management, dialysis expectations, and self-care considerations.
• Accurately document treatments, interventions, and patient responses in the electronic medical record.

What we’re looking for:

• Active RN license in the appropriate state and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Previous dialysis or critical care experience is preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with dialysis equipment and the principles of renal disease management.
