Shift: Days (may include weekends and on-call)
Rate: $2,280 / 40 hours
Required qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited OR Tech / Surgical Technology program
- OR experience preferred
- Knowledge of sterile technique, surgical instrumentation, and infection control
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and on-call as needed
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain operating rooms, instruments, and equipment for procedures
- Assist the surgical team by passing instruments and supplies during operations
- Sterilize, organize, and manage surgical instruments; ensure infection-control standards
- Perform and document accurate surgical counts
- Support post-operative room turnover and ensure equipment readiness
