Requirements

• Active RN license for practice in the state of assignment.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• Neuro or trauma specialty certifications preferred.
• ICU, neuro, or trauma nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, assessment, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Continuously assess, monitor, and document neurological and trauma patient status.
• Safely administer medications, interventions, and life-support therapies.
• Respond immediately to changes in condition and emergency events.
• Provide patient and family education on care plans, recovery expectations, and self-care.
• Collaborate with neurology, trauma, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize outcomes.
