Assignment: Contract/Travel
Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Schedule Hours: 36 hours/week
Rate: $1,422 / 36 hours
Requirements:
- Active LPN/LVN license in practicing state
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living preferred
- Strong clinical skills, accurate documentation, and effective communication
- Ability to follow care plans and collaborate with nursing staff
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and monitor health status
- Administer medications and treatments per RN/physician orders
- Accurately document care and report changes in condition to the healthcare team
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
