Schedule: Mon–Fri; varied shift times (34 hours/week)
Rate: $1,938 / 34 hours

License & Certifications

• Active RN license in practicing state required
• BLS required
• CNOR or other perioperative certification preferred

Required Experience & Skills

• Perioperative or surgical nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to maintain sterile technique and follow OR protocols

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and OR environment for surgical procedures
• Circulate during cases: monitor patient status, assist surgical team, anticipate needs
• Administer medications and perform required perioperative nursing interventions
• Accurately document care, intraoperative events, and patient outcomes
• Provide pre- and post-operative patient and family education
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff to ensure safe, efficient care
