Join a collaborative healthcare team in Aspen, CO as a Sterile Processing Technician on a contract/travel assignment. This day shift role begins ASAP and follows a 10:00 a.m.–8:30 p.m. schedule (40 hours/week). Compensation: $1,720 per 40-hour week.

Key responsibilities:

• Decontaminate, clean, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment to facility standards.
• Inspect, assemble, and prepare surgical instrument sets accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory, manage stock levels, and ensure proper storage of sterile supplies.
• Document sterilization cycles and procedures, adhering to infection control and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with surgical and clinical teams to support safe, timely patient care.

Qualifications:

• Certification in Sterile Processing (CSPDT or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience in sterile processing, central sterile, or OR environments preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Working knowledge of infection control principles and sterilization techniques.
