Call Schedule: Friday 5:00 PM to Monday 7:00 AM
Annual Case Volume: ~3,600 OP/IP surgeries per year
Case Mix: Orthopedics, Labor & Delivery, Spine, GI, GYN, Urology, Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, Bariatric (bypass), Minimal vascular
Support: Anesthesia techs and CRNAs; independent cases expected
EMR: Epic
Compensation/Benefits: Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance provided
Requirements:
- Active Iowa medical license or participation in the IMLC
- Board certified (BC) in Anesthesiology
- BLS certification
- DEA registration
- Clean professional record (highly preferred)
