Minimum qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NY State–registered School of Nursing
• Current New York State RN license
• Strong verbal communication and public-speaking skills (small group presentations)
• Experience or coursework in pediatrics or early childhood

Primary responsibilities

• Provide RN services up to 30 hours per week for the Developmental Monitoring Program
• Conduct parent outreach for referred children; explain program and distribute Ages and Stages questionnaires and activities
• Track and document communications, questionnaire responses, and monitoring efforts accurately and timely
• Provide education to healthcare providers about Early Intervention and appropriate referral processes through office visits or calls
• Support referral education and follow-up to promote timely access to Early Intervention services
