Join a Progressive Care Unit in Great Falls, MT on a contract/travel assignment (days). This role starts ASAP and is based on a 36-hour schedule with a pay rate of $1,879/36-hours.

Key requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• Progressive care, step-down, or critical care experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational ability, and communication skills
• BLS required; ACLS preferred

Core responsibilities:

• Continuously monitor patient condition and vital signs; recognize and respond to clinical changes
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and prescribed interventions
• Escalate care appropriately and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes
• Provide patient- and family-centered education on care plans and post-discharge health management
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments and interventions
