We’re looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a long-term care team in Ada, OK. This is a contract/travel opportunity starting 06/15/2026, daytime schedule (8-hour shifts, no weekends) for a 35-hour workweek. Compensation is $2,020 per 35 hours.
What you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of OT experience, ideally in long-term care or rehab
- Active Occupational Therapy license (Oklahoma license required)
- New graduates considered only if you have true Level II fieldwork (not just Level I observation)
