Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Surgical Technologist certification preferred
• BLS certification required
• Prior ambulatory surgery or OR experience preferred
• Proficient in sterile technique and common surgical procedures
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills

Key responsibilities:

• Assist the surgical team throughout ambulatory procedures
• Prepare, maintain, and pass sterile instruments and equipment
• Set up procedure rooms and assist with patient positioning
• Provide intraoperative support as directed by clinical staff
• Clean, sterilize, and restock supplies; maintain OR readiness
• Transport patients and specimens safely when needed
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and facility protocols
