Shift: Days, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekend Requirement: Yes
Hours/Week: 40
Rate: $2,660/40-hours
Key responsibilities:
- Provide inpatient pharmacy services for assigned units.
- Independently compound oncology IV preparations (pharmacist performs all IV compounding).
- Manage Anticoagulation Clinic workload (approximately 4–6 patients/day).
- Verify medication orders, perform clinical medication reviews, and support medication safety and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to optimize pharmacotherapy and patient outcomes.
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of inpatient pharmacist experience.
- Competent in oncology IV compounding.
- Experience managing anticoagulation patients in a clinic setting.
- Active Michigan pharmacist license (required).

- Travel/contract candidate must be available to start on the listed date and meet facility credentialing and onboarding requirements.
