Cardiology Clinical Supervisor — Echocardiography & EKG (Full-Time, RDCS/RCS/RVT)

Salinas Valley Medical Center is seeking an experienced Cardiology Clinical Supervisor to oversee Echocardiography and EKG operations. This full-time, on-site assignment (anticipated 26 weeks to start) reports to the Senior Administrative Director and is based in Salinas, CA.

You will manage daily department workflows and provide clinical and operational leadership for Echo and EKG services. Key duties include supervising technologists, staffing and scheduling, ensuring high-quality diagnostic studies, maintaining regulatory and accreditation compliance, and coordinating departmental activities. You will lead training, competency assessment, performance management, and support troubleshooting during Epic transitions and reporting issues. Serve as the department lead in the Cardiology Manager’s absence.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• RDCS, RCS, or RVT certification required.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• Minimum two years’ experience performing EKGs, Holter monitoring, treadmill testing, and/or cardiac sonography (or equivalent).
• Minimum two years’ supervisory or leadership experience.

Compensation:

• Hourly wage with holiday pay.
• Guaranteed non-taxed weekly per-diem reimbursement.
• Hourly rates adjusted during high per-diem periods to ensure compliance and equitable pay.

Assignment length: 13–26 weeks (anticipated 26 weeks). Full-time, on-site.
