Join a short-term contract in Franklin, NH where you’ll provide compassionate, evidence-based speech and swallowing care. This role starts ASAP for 14 weeks, with a typical schedule of 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Compensation is: Travel: $2,170/35-hours; Local: $2,139/35-hours.

What we’re looking for

  • An active, valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license.

What you’ll do day-to-day

  • Conduct full assessments of speech, language, communication, and swallowing to identify strengths and challenges.
  • Use clinical evaluations and diagnostic testing to determine the type and severity of communication disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that match each patient’s goals and needs.
  • Deliver targeted therapy to improve articulation, fluency, voice, receptive and expressive language skills.
  • Evaluate and treat dysphagia, teaching safe swallowing techniques and strategies.
  • Recommend and instruct on augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) options when appropriate.
  • Coach patients and families with practical exercises and strategies to support progress outside of therapy sessions.
  • Monitor and document progress regularly, adjusting plans based on outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, educators, and other team members to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
  • Keep thorough, up-to-date records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Help patients generalize improved communication skills to daily life, school, or work environments.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
