Requirements:

• Current, active RN license for the state of practice
• BLS certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients, develop and implement nursing care plans, and document status and interventions.
• Administer medications and collect specimens for testing per protocol.
• Monitor patient responses, provide ongoing assessments, and adjust care as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and assist with procedures.
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records, including assessments, interventions, education, and progress notes.
• Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment; maintain order and supervise patient conduct.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
