- 24-hour call shifts -- 7 am to 7 am
- 20+ days of call coverage needed per month
- Average deliveries: 400 per year
- Beeper call with 15-20 minute response time
- Both inpatient and outpatient required
- Call ratio: 1:3
- Routine to complicated delivery procedures required
- Laparoscopic and open surgical gynecology
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
