Position overview:
We are seeking a compassionate Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner to join our growing behavioral health team located approximately 20 miles south of Boston, MA. You will deliver evidence-based psychiatric care in a collaborative environment that values clinical excellence, innovation, and professional growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric care for patients across the lifespan with diverse mental health needs
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other team members to ensure integrated treatment
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and medication adherence
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
• Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews and contribute to clinical decision-making and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts
• Board certification or eligibility as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in psychiatry or behavioral health preferred
• Strong diagnostic, prescribing, and patient-communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
