TeamHealth is seeking a CAA to join our established anesthesiology care team at Brandon Surgery Center, a modern ambulatory surgery center near Tampa, Florida. This is a great opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team in a high-quality outpatient setting. Two years of experience is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $215,000 annually
- Retention Bonus: $15,000 annually
- Sign-on bonus: $60,000
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid professional liability insurance

- Practice in a modern facility with 8 operating rooms and 6 endoscopy suites
- Work in a friendly, fast-paced, and supportive environment alongside a skilled team
- Enjoy autonomy with minimal supervision
- Diverse case mix including orthopedics, ENT (adult and healthy pediatrics), endoscopy, plastics, urology, general surgery, and more
