The practice operates an ambulatory surgery center and clinic in Casper, supported by more than 10 satellite centers throughout the region — offering broad market reach and a strong, loyal patient base. Compensation is among the most competitive in the specialty, with a base salary ranging from $550,000 to $650,000 depending on experience, plus a productivity model that rewards performance once a collections threshold is met. Physicians will also receive a $50,000 sign-on bonus.
