Join a busy outpatient practice in Fortuna, CA as a locum general dentist covering supplemental clinical shifts. You’ll provide care for an even mix of adults and children (about 50/50) using Epic for charting — with charts expected to be closed within 72 hours.
Assignment details
- Coverage period: July 27 – November 6
- Minimum commitment: 3 months
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Coverage type: Clinical only (outpatient)
- Reason for coverage: Supplemental
What you’ll be doing
- Deliver general dentistry services to pediatric and adult patients
- Work within the outpatient clinic workflow and document care in Epic
- Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure timely chart closure (within 72 hours)
What we’re looking for
- Active California dental license
- Board certified or board eligible (BC/BE)
- Current BLS certification
- DEA registration
- Up-to-date immunizations
