Job Description
Locums - A well respected rehabilitation hospital is seeking a PM&R physician to assist with inpatient rehab coverage in northern Illinois.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible PM&R Physician
- Start ASAP for ongoing need
- Mon-Fri 8a-5p
- Minimum of 3 consecutive shifts preferred; ideally 5 (20+ shifts total per month available)
- Approx. 20-25 ppd
- Duties include covering the inpatient rehab floor
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
- EMR EPIC
- Active IL license, DEA, CSR, ACLS, BLS, recent case logs required
- Clean background required for emergency privs
- Starting rate $300/hr dependent upon experience, mileage, lodging, malpractice provided
