Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — 9-Week Night Shift Assignment, Gallup NM (Starts May 29, 2026)

We’re looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join a team in Gallup, NM for a 9-week assignment starting May 29, 2026. This is an evening shift role (19:00) with an open schedule and competitive pay — $36/hour local and $36.50/hour travel.

What you’ll need:

• A current, active Licensed Practical Nurse state license.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Registry personnel must bring a state or federal photo ID to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times.
• Agency staff must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series or provide a documented religious or medical exemption from their employer. Additional doses must be obtained where required by law.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of RNs or physicians.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds, monitoring for signs of infection or complications.
• Continuously monitor and document vital signs.
• Keep accurate patient records and educate patients and families about diagnoses and self-care.
• Respond quickly during medical emergencies and follow infection control policies.
