Compensation:

• Local rate: $36.00/hour
• Travel rate: $36.50/hour

Required Credentials:

• Valid, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license
• BLS certification
• Government-issued photo ID (state or federal) to present at facility; must wear photo badge at all times
• COVID-19: Agency staff must have completed initial or updated COVID-19 vaccination or provide documented medical/religious exemption from employer; additional doses must be obtained if required by law

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician direction
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs continuously
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments accurately
• Perform wound care: evaluate, clean, dress, and monitor for infection/complications
• Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation and handoff communication
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and self-care
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols
